According to the last Shelter report, at least 320,000 people in the UK are homeless with almost 5,000 of those sleeping rough.

The Yorkshire Property Collection donates 2% of all profits to the charity Simon on the Streets, an independent West Yorkshire charity that offers emotional and practical support to rough sleepers or those at risk of sleeping rough.
